While the CWHH Parade is dedicated to Post-9/11 Veterans and their families, we would like to invite the entire military community to participate.
We encourage all Veterans, Active-Service Members, and their families to take part in this parade.

This form is for those who will not be marching with a group or organization
and has 1-20 marchers participating.

We ask that you fill-out the short form below, so that we can send you all the necessary information about where to line-up prior to the start of the parade.

***PLEASE NOTE: Only one Participation Form needs to be submitted if other Veterans, Active-Service Members, and/or Family Members will be marching with you.
